We were fortunate to acquire a herd of a 130 full blood Wagyus from Mr. Bruce Ekstrom who has spent years and huge dollar amounts to collect some of the best Wagyu genetics in the world. Bruce will continue to be part of the Zen10 brand and and planning.
We hope to expand our herd to about 500 cows over the next few years.
